The Terrace at Martells

 It's called The Terrace at Martell's.... hybrid service on the extended patio/lawn (pizza oven, bar, gelato, sorbet, etc).  .  And we're wondering if we create it and it's connected to Martell's if we can hide it until we're ready to go live?
